Our Management Team:

 Jenny Fisher, LICSW is the clinical director. Jenny has a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. Relevant experience includes:

--State of Maryland DHHS, CPS and Foster Care Caseworker; Rockville, Md.

--Friends of Youth Clinical Case Manager for foster care and in-home services which included 24/7 crisis response, Renton, WA;

--Program Manager for Community Care including developing and supervising an intensive in-home services program which provided 24/7 crisis response to the families and schools for clients with mental illness or a developmental disability, Seattle, WA;

--Presently private practice therapist for children and families, Bremerton, WA and Clinical Supervisor for Family Focus, Inc., Lynnwood, WA

Shannon Crockett. LMFT is the Program Director. She is licensed in, and has a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (from Antioch University). Relevant experience includes: 

--Intervention Specialist providing intensive in-home behavior management, crisis response, and treatment planning for clients with mental illness and developmental disabilities, Seattle, WA;

--Source Child Care, providing one on one direct supervision of clients, behavior modification, verbal de-escalation and counseling in residential group care setting for youth with a developmental disability, Edmonds, WA;

--Eastside Interagency Staffing Team Coordinator ,working with families on identifying community resources and programs and coordinating the child and family team to identify and assist the family with their needs, Bellevue, WA;

--Presently overseeing the in-home and in-school services program with Family Focus, she currently supervises all cases using a strength-based wraparound model, Lynnwood, WA.

Our Behavioral Specialists:
All of our behavioral specialists have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related social services field. Each member of the staff have their own unique skills and experiences and we strive to match workers to clients to optimize success. Our staff members are an integral part of the community/school treatment team of their client. We attend and participate in team meetings and are often able to offer a unique perspective as we are the day to day service providers.

All of our staff are certified in the "Right Response" method of de-escalation and emergency manual restraint.
